Shelley is a native Albertan and began her career with a prominent Edmonton jeweller soon after high school graduation, where she obtained her CJA Graduate Jeweller diploma in 1992. She was intrigued by the wonder & beauty of the gemstones, and was shaped by the people that crossed her path. Shelley joined the Vandenbergs team over 20 years ago, and is known as ‘the glue’ that holds things together. She’s also referred to as our ‘component wrangler’, ‘Pearl lady’, Brand liaison, and has a crazy sense of humor and a contagious and recognizable laugh! When she is not in the store, she loves to spend time with her husband, family, friends, neighborhood pets, ‘treasure’ hunt, and ‘yarden’ in her ever expanding perennial garden.
