Inah Kang
Head Designer
Inah is a skilled designer and goldsmith, known for her technical expertise and ability to guide clients in realizing their vision. Born in Seoul, Korea, she left her home country at a young age to study in various locations before settling in Canada, where she earned her BFA in Jewellery and Metals from the Alberta University of the Arts. While her formal education provided a foundation in design, it was during her hands-on work as a goldsmith that she developed a deep understanding of working with precious metals and jewellery construction. In 2010, she joined Vandenbergs, where she has since completed numerous custom jobs and created stunning stock pieces, working closely with clients to craft personalized designs.
Over the past decade, Inah has built lasting relationships with clients, many of whom refer to her as their “personal jeweller” for the individualized care she provides. Her design style spans a wide range—from nature-inspired to modern and elegant, consistently emphasizing natural beauty and craftsmanship. She welcomes every creative challenge and has a keen eye for detail, ensuring the highest quality in every piece she creates. As head designer, she is committed to mentoring fellow designers and believes continuous learning is key to growth and innovation. Outside of work, Inah enjoys gardening, golfing, and traveling the world in search of inspiration and new culinary experiences.
